The agreement below is effective the moment the customer signs up for web hosting services and payment is received, or creates an account with Global Hosting Ltd.
These terms of service may change during period of services offered. If any of these terms of service change, each customer will be notified via email of any changes for that customer to look over. If a customer is violating one of the new terms of service, they will be given a 7-day period to remove content violating such term. If content is not removed within a 7-day period your account may be suspended. Refunds will be given.

Content
All services provided by Hostingmonster.co.uk may only be used for lawful purposes only.
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our Hosting. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email abuse@Hostingmonster.co.uk with the information required.

Non-file-distribution usage will remain unaffected by any limit imposed on downloading of video, audio or other files. • 7. Sites promoting illegal activities
• 8. IRC Scripts/Bots
• 9. Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
• 10. File Dump/Mirror Scripts (rapidshare)
• 11. Lottery/Gambling Sites
• 12. MUDs/RPGs etc
• 13. Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
• 14. Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers

Mass Mail
Users must NOT participate in any bulk mailing from Global Hosting Ltd servers without prior written agreement from Us. Any account that participates in bulk mailing activity without prior consent from Us will be suspended immediately without notice.

Any attempted attack against a Global Hosting Ltd server will result in automatic termination of ones account with no refund including no refund for advanced payments. It is strictly prohibited.

Violating Our Policies
Failure to fully comply with Hostingmonster policies will result in immediate suspension/termination without refund. There will be no refunds for advanced payment. If being hosted from  Hostingmonster you must follow the policies listed above or action will be taken.
We reserve the right to remove/suspend any account without notice if policy is violated. Our policy is if you violate our policy we will give you a warning or immediately terminate your account. No warning is required.
